Comments: I'm not sure why my time was so slow. I felt like I was working just as hard as normal. Maybe the course was longer than it was supposed to be. Transition 1
Comments: This course had a very long run from the the water up to T1. My calves felt like they were about to cramp up as I was running. The only other time that has happened was after doing a swim without a wetsuit in 65 degree water. This water was nice and warm though, so not sure why the calves were so tight. Bike

Comments: I didn't realize how close the finish was, so I only had time to get one of my feet out of my shoes. What would you do differently?: Go check out what the final 200 yards of the ride looks like, so I know when to take my feet out of my shoes. Run
Comments: I felt great on the first 3 miles, and then felt awful when the hills started. Most of the second half of the run, my calves felt like they were gonna cramp up again, like they did in T1. Post race
Event comments: This was a good venue. My performance wasn't very good, but the race itself was fine. Setup events always does a good job.
