What would you do differently?: Paced this for a 70.3. Need to work on sprint pacing. Didn't get as dizzy coming out of the water though Transition 1
Comments: Wetsuit got stuck on me Pedals on the bike weren't set up for me to just take off. I had to fiddle with them What would you do differently?: Utilize the wet suit strippers Bike
Comments: felt strong on the ride.. But I didn't drink nearly enough! Transition 2

Comments: Had a hard time getting going on. needed to walk a couple of times within the first mile. After that though, I got into a good rhythym Post race
Warm down: walked around a bit then sat down by the water, stretched out a bit What limited your ability to perform faster: my pacing was off. Up at 4:00Am to eat breakfast but the stove didn't work in the cabin we rented. Ate Dunkin Donuts egg and cheese on an english instead.
