I spent a lot of time out of aero because I could not get my breathing under control. Overall the bike went really well and was consistent with my times all year long.
What would you do differently?:

I drank my new profile design water bottle dry by mile 11. Very humid so we were losing a lot of fluids.

Missed the bike rack on first attempt but put it on second attempt. Dunked the feet, got socks and shoes on and took off.

Pushed as hard as I could go. This is first race since coming back from hamstring injury last month. Overall my times did not suffer due to hamstring.
