Pre-race routine:

Lots of time before, prepare bike, get into wetsuit, had a warmup swim, get confident with muddy water... one GU gel before getting in the water 15mins.

A good swim, very calm water, good temperature... start slow... than passed many slower swimmers doing breaststroke.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, all good... could have gain some minutes with better navigation

Transition was average... dizzy after the swim... suit stucked at ankles... messed up with Garmin... very long way to the bike mount with cycling shoes took a while...
