Comments:

Wow - they were predicting 6-8 inches of snow accumulation, but there was just a little bit on the path. I was worried about the wind, since it is right on lake Superior, but didn't have wind until the last mile of the race
What would you do differently?:

Run more during the week!

Drinking powerade, eating bananas, yogurt, and bagels

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training at a slow pace

Event comments:

Great volunteers & aid stations, but could have had more encouragement the last mile - there wasn't anyone until the finish line
