Didn't do much training between CdA and IMMOO. Like: 4 swims, a handful of runs but nothing over 8 miles, and a couple of long trainer rides.

long run up the vortex, very cool. inside transitions - even cooler. putting on compression calf sleeves, socks.....takes a while.

Longest run from CdA to MOO, was 8. told my wife I had 8 miles in me then who knows. 15 miles in, I was still running. Ended up only walking a couple of the big uphills, ran the rest. Very cool race.

I wanted to try and sneak in under 13 hours. Turns out that it was fairly easy and less painful than I thought it would be.
