Comments:

seeded myself with the 11 min milers and just pushed as hard as I could. struggled to pass the race walkers...how embarassing!

Warm down:

got a coffee and a croissant, went home to make pie.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

first run since chicago, so not bad. fastest run pace of 2013!

Event comments:

For 2000+ registered racers, the race was kind of blah. Only one food table post-race, no organization whatsoever, no music or photographer at the finish line. The race course is wonderful, this has the potential to be a better race event, but it's just not there.
