Warm down: Did nothing, just tried not to sit immediately. Drank a lot What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough training. Inexperienced in what pace to keep at bike vs run for optimal performance. Event comments: A lot of people swam too short, did not go to the second buoy, yet noone were disqualified.
