Swim
Comments: Beggin people to not just stop when you're drafting them. Killed mucho time on the buoy. I must have run into the same guy like 5 times and he wouldn't let me get around him. I sprinted to fast in the beginning but it was a short swim anyway so it doesn't matter. What would you do differently?: cheat and swim underneath the buoy!!! ;) Transition 1
Comments: I didn't have a tri top and didn't swim with my under armor on. It was impossible to get on wet. I must have wasted 30 seconds getting it on. I sat down inthe transition, don't know if this matters. Usually when I swim real hard I need sugar right out of the water or I get dizzy... gatordade saved me. What would you do differently?: Swam with the underarmor on... Then again, I'm so used to swimming with just a speedo or tri suit I think the drag from the underarmor would kill me. Need a tri top for cranberry. Bike

Comments: Bad side cramp. terrible on hills, absolutely terrible. I walked at one point...yes I WALKED! I'm not ashamed. Bad runner. This one girl whose name I don't knwo really saved me the last mile. I would have likt to have thanked her more. What would you do differently?: I all out sprinted the last 200 yards and any pain I was feeling in my knees was multiplied by ten. BIG MISTAKE. I really need a running coach. I'm really afraid I may do damage to my knees. Post race

There two hours before race. Wheat bagel from dd 2.5 hours before. Gatorade 24 oz and light stretching. Peed like 5 times.
Not really and warm up... just stretching.
