Unloaded the four bikes from the truck and went and setup transition.
Event warmup:

Walked around with my boys while my wife went for a 3 mile run.

Started in the last wave with my family, which worked out as the course was not too congested. Started catching people form the second wave before the halfway point.

If I was racing I would have started in an earlier wave.
