Comments:

Walked up the first hill because I lost my momentum and couldn't get going again. Unchained twice and had to stop to fix, both times at the top of a big hill shifting back to harder gears.
What would you do differently?:

Practice more HILLS!! Also, not get my bike tuned up a week before the race when I don't have time to break it back in.

Event comments:

I performed as well as I expected to. I forgot how brutal the hills around Oxford/Hueston Woods can be, so I need to train more hills, but in general, even though I finished the race DFL, I am happy with my performance.
