Pre-race routine:

Stayed at Marriot Courtyard at Maryville, close to race was very comfortable. woke at 6:30 ate bagel and v8 around 7:00

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was my first race so I was happy that I felt as good as I did. I felt fine after I got cooled off, almost too good! I acheived my goal so I was extremely happy!
