Comments: swim is normally strongest leg, tried to get out early and ahead, no rythym, no breathing, had to swim with head up, heart rate jump to immediate, to go out quick have heart rate and breathing up What would you do differently?: start slower and build, find rythym, no panic Transition 1

Comments: no cramps this year, seems to be nutrition related, gatorade instead of water during bike may help, felt good at start, no rests at watering stations, not much left at the end What would you do differently?: need to keep working on foot speed as overall stamina is there, aim for sub 5 k's Post race
