Comments: Felt good and had a good pace (11mm) through Mile 8. At Mile 9 I hit my wall and started walking/running, Tried to keep it at a 12mm pace. I think I'll get better as my endurance increases. What would you do differently?: I don't know that I could do anything differently. My training has been good. Perhaps more endurance training? My long runs have led up to 13 miles this week. Warm down: Stretched. Ate. What limited your ability to perform faster: More training runs at the higher distances needed. Event comments: I would highly recommend this race to anyone.
