Comments: Legs cramped and buckled at mile 1. Had to kneel down and stretch. Walked 4 miles of it prob. Two bathroom breaks (#2) gastric distress from over drinking. Ate 5 salt tabs 2 gels. Got my 1st DNF What would you do differently?: Train 20 hrs/wk at noon. Try diff salt intake systems Post race
