Comments: Pool is marked strangely. Couldn't find the wall on one end. And was not prepared for the difficulty getting out of the pool. It took at least three times before I could heave myself up. What would you do differently?: Count my strokes to build consistency so I can find the wall on both ends without a problem. And practice getting out on the deep end when I'm tired. Transition 1
Comments: Was not prepared for vertigo trying to get socks on was not bad. They don't stick so much as it was hard to steady myself. What would you do differently?: Maybe no socks? Or just be sure to steady myself on my bike or sometime as I get on my shoes. Bike

Warm down: Walked all over the place and to my car and back several time. What limited your ability to perform faster: Possibly not fueling during the race. In need of more strength training, better swim technique, and more time on my bike Event comments: The first part of the run just needs to be marked a bit better.
