Pre-race routine:

Got a great night sleep but blew the hydration and rest periods
Yesterday was lots of yard work and a 17mi bike
Rewarded myself with a couple of beers - bad idea
Then forgot to eat breakfast - scammed a half banana to get through (dumb)

Course: Fun course over Montlake bridge and around and about to hit 2 miles at University Bridge which is raised 20 minutes after the last runner crosses the Start line. Then winds back around, down Pacific Ave, out Montlake Blvd and back to wrap around the back of Husky Stadium with the finish line on the field.
