Run
Comments: Run went well. Haven't been trainig much since Austin. My right hammy started acting up around mile 10. I knew it would be tough by the end. Felt really tired, running thru the trails. It wasnt a hard course, but very twisty and turny and couldn't ever get in a rhythm. Also, it was tougher on the lower legs. What would you do differently?: nothing Post race
Warm down: none. Went straight ot the hotel, showered and to the airport What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Event comments: Good smaller trail race. Had a 10K, half, and full. ONly 31 marathoners. Limited website. Packet pickup was smooth, races started on time. Course was well marked even with all of the twists and turns. There were only a couple of aid stations, but this was well publicized beforehand. Good, low-key race Last updated: 2014-03-16 12:00 AM
