went through body marking and did all that jazz and but the bike together.

the swim was okay went too far out and made a 500 yd swim about a 600 yd swim i need to sight better and stay within 5 t of the bouyes.
What would you do differently?:

work on sighting get do more open water swims to deal with waves better and such

use a dish towel to dry off work all right however i wish i would of had a bucket to wash my feet off since u had to run up the beach in the sand socks and shoes went on well. wasn't too bad of a t1

allright should of went alot harder on the way out on the way back i pick the pace up and did alot better.

don't leave anything on the bike work alot harder and add more hills to my training rides

easy transition lost ime here considering i just need to clip the helmet off grab a drink rack the bike and go. forgot to grab the garmin to pace myself on run

practice t2 to make it under a minute considering i not changing shoes.

once again the run kill me i had a good pace after mile 1 but was running strong like i should till bout the last 1/4 mile. the water stations were better on the run.
What would you do differently?:

bring garmin to better pace myself thru the run

Warm down:

a slow run down and slow bike over to where mom and dad where grab some fruit and just relax

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the weekend as a whole tailgating the iowa vs iowa state game lack of sleep from going out friday and saturday night

Event comments:

didn't like that they had no drink stations along the bike also the rotc volunteers were sort of annoying to listen too as they were yelling get up my hill or just could tell they didn't want to be there.
