Swam without the snorkel thinking my swimming was improved. I was wrong.

Tried to put gloves on for bike. Only was able to get on one hand due to cold wet hands.

Dry my hands to get the gloves on properly.

Fun and challenging ride. Had a strong headwind for a couple of a miles right outside the park. Hills at the end of the ride cost me 1 MPH.
What would you do differently?:

Save a little for the last stretch of hills.

Numb feet for the first mile. Powered through it. Love this run course! Challenging, varied terrain, a stretch off road.
What would you do differently?:

NA Happy with this time after a longer ride. Felt like I could have improved on this time with better conditions and a shorter ride.

This is a great race that should be growing. The RD is super organized, they have cool awards, and the course is challenging but fair.
