Swim
Comments: There were so many people it was crazy you had people grabing your legs and hitting you with their arms the peope in frond would slow down and the people behind would try to go around. I don't think they planned we enough for the amount of people that signed up. What would you do differently?: Stay in the very-very back. Transition 1
Bike
What would you do differently?: I was not familiar with the 15 second pass rule so I was weary passing people sometimes because I was scared I would get DQ. I think next time I might be a little more agressive on the bike. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Take my shoes off as I was approaching the transition area Run
Comments: I usually run between 24-25min 5K I don't think I praticed enough of the bike to run. My first mile was me just getting my legs back to sturdy feel. What would you do differently?: Pratice more on the trans from bike to run to prepare my legs Post race
Warm down: Walked and streched What limited your ability to perform faster: the swim, since this was my first one I don't think I was prepared enough for the craziness. I used a lot of my adrenelin to move me forward in the swim. I believe if I would have been more calm my time might have been better.
