Comments: First 10km was at 11km//h. Left foot started to hurt badly at 8km and all the little hills after pretty much killed it. Last 3km could hardly step on that foot. All swollen. I really slowdown on the hills, partially because of the foot but also lack of hill training. Many were passing me on the ups. What would you do differently?: Solve my neuroma problem. Need to Improve orthotics. Post race
