Comments:

Bouys were placed way further out than previous years. The consensus was this was more like a 1000 meter swim. Got slightly off course on first leg but easily corrected and rounded first bouy well. Couldnt see second turn bouy due to sunlight in eyes until approach but managed to stay on course quite well.

First road ride since Augusta 70.3 in September. Training indoors for safety reasons. Need more road time and time in aero. Used aero helmet for first time and felt comfortable.

One of the best sprints in South Carolina, organized by a great company, Setup Events. I rated it a 4 because Augusta 70.3 is still the most enjoyable race I have ever done.
