Comments: 120 rpm... What would you do differently?: may need to increase resisitence at 120rpm, while holding 120 rpm to improve time. Transition 2
Comments: Had to pee! What would you do differently?: Don't know. When you gotta pee, you gotta pee! Run

Warm down: my typical stretchs - calves, hammies, back, rolled, yoga poses What limited your ability to perform faster: First tri - didn't know what to expect.
