Pre-race routine:

Sat in the car waiting for the bus. Then on the bus listened to music and relaxed. At the start before the race, just tried to stay warm

Comments:

The first 4 miles, aside from a 3 minute poop, went fine. Even the first 8 miles were fine. Then I started falling apart, and the race became a grind.
What would you do differently?:

definitely train more

Warm down:

walked around, took pictures, drank some chocolate milk

What limited your ability to perform faster:

training, some mental

Event comments:

The race didn't start on time, the buses were late, there were too few aid stations and no aid, really, and the post-race grub was awful
