Comments: Running bare footed was a good decision. Lots of water & soft sand made it a challenging run, but fun. What would you do differently?: More soft sand training. Post race
Warm down: Jump into ocean to cool down. H2O. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of bike power & usual lack of run miles.I haven't put in much training this month, so I am happy with my race. Event comments: Always a fun race.
