1:15 drive that am to course. Oatmeal and breakfast bars to eat, gu 15 min before.
Event warmup:

8 min easy bike testing gears and 400 meter easy swim with some surges

Event comments:

Not giving break between open swimmers and age group caused us to catch thr slow opens and really slowed us down.

Getting checked in and chip and body marking done was horrible as they only had one person doing each.

Awards were very late and you had most people just standing around for an hour plus. the only thing that made it bearable was the dj!
