Comments: first 50 I felt all my strength drain from my body. Weakness over took my muscles. I fell to the back of the pack immediately. What would you do differently?: I am talking to a coach now. I don't think I have swam since my last race. Maybe training would help. Transition 1
Comments: T time is included in swim time. Bike
Comments: Stopped because my gear bag was open and I was losing tools and my PHONE out of the bag. Someone has found my phone. I couldn't find the strength to pedal. Last time I felt strong in the bike this time I felt average. Again I lose so much in the hills. What would you do differently?: Make sure my gear bag is closed. Transition 2

Comments: I felt awful in the beginning and walked; also stopped at the porta potty. But then found something and ran a good portion of the run. Compared to last race I felt a lot stronger and stayed ahead of the heat, getting ice a the first stop. I even passed two people! What would you do differently?: Train. Post race
