Comments: Very crowded run, but able to keep moving forward. No walking at all except in aid stations while drinking. 2 cups of Gatorade Endurance Formula at all 5 aid stations. What would you do differently?: Push a little harder from start to get through crowds Post race
Warm down: 2 bottles of water, 1 banana, and 2 cups of Gatorade. Lots of stretching and walking. Iced down legs. What limited your ability to perform faster: Very crowded run.
