Got there 45 minutes before kickoff. Couple (many) potty breaks, some stretching.

Comments:

I did not feel right. I thought I was slow or slower than usual. I was having trouble catching my breath especially after the final BIG hill.
What would you do differently?:

Train hills?

Warm down:

Stretched out, water and then watched the start of the 1/2 marathon. Home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too numerous to mention.

Event comments:

I signed up yesterday. My knee hurts and I am old and overweight. But it is only 5k. 3rd AG ain't too bad I guess. I need to get those Hokas!
