Comments: About 400 yards from the water to transition. Did a good job running there What would you do differently?: Nothing. I had trimmed a few inches of the legs on the wetsuit and it came off really fast. Bike

Comments: One big mistake. I forgot to take my bike shoes out of the bag and put them on the towel. Took me about an extra 2o seconds to get them out. What would you do differently?: Get my bkie shoes ready. Run
Comments: Felt goo getting off the bike and into the run. Legs were really tired by mile 5. What would you do differently?: Get some longer runs in during training. Post race
Warm down: Walked out the the road to watch Liz come in. What limited your ability to perform faster: My swim leg. I really need to get some coaching on my swim Event comments: There was a young kid flagging the right turn into the park from Greesprings Road, he was not doing a good job getting people to make the hard right.
