Warm down: The usual kicks and stretches. What limited your ability to perform faster: didn't train much. Should try to train next year - I could podium this race Event comments: Gotta have chip timing at the start, because i really can't compare my time to my own previous efforts. Water just before race - sat in my stomach, ugh
Breakfast was two Pop Tarts twohours before, and some coffee
Arrived 45 minutes early, about right
Ran for about five minutes. A couple more would have been good. Started too far back so I had to dodge a lot of bodies in the beginning.
