Very odd. I got on the bike and thought "I don't have it today. Just take it easy and leave some in the tank for the run." Well apparently my B Game this year is still 1 second faster than my best run on this course EVER. NICE!!
What would you do differently?:

I got stuck behind a woman who was not aggressive enough to pass the person in front of her. That cost me time. Next time I'll tell her to MOVE.
