Comments: Good run, kept with pace group, 1:55:00 and held the 8:47 pace, could have gone 8:40 or slightly faster. I did break away from the group around mile 5 and dropped back to them in the 8 mile range. What would you do differently?: maybe move the a 1:45:00 or 1:50:00 group if available. Post race
Warm down: fluids and fuel, a few lite stretches, and a cold shower and nap. What limited your ability to perform faster: It was unknown how it would feel as it was my longest run ever.
