Pre-race routine:

ate breakfast (Coffee and Pop-tarts) - the hotel I was staying in hadn't started their breakfast yet, so I was limited to gas station breakfast - was a bad idea in the end

What would you do differently?:

need to work on my sighting, I'm sure I probably made a nice zig-zag pattern in the water
Post race
Warm down:

walked up the ramp to the pavilion where all our stuff was stored, sat down and relaxed, tried to stretch a bit and get rid of what appeared to be stitch in side

What limited your ability to perform faster:

cramp in my left calf, and a close encounter with a buoy - i really need to work on sighting, haha!

Event comments:

we started a bit later than planned (supposed to be at 0730), but between coordinating getting people to both the 2.4 and 4.5 mile swim starts, and buses back, there was a delay
