Comments: Lost some brain cells while biking, so was turned out and started to exit the wrong way for the run. Other than that, it seem fast. What would you do differently?: Double check the transition zone entrance/exits Run
Comments: Heavy legs for the first 2.5km. A bit too hot, What would you do differently?: Add more brink run training and run more in the heat. Post race
Warm down: Bagel, oranges, water. Cooled down in the lake. What limited your ability to perform faster: Continue working on the swim. Also, need to run more often now that IT band is better.
