Lost some brain cells while biking, so was turned out and started to exit the wrong way for the run. Other than that, it seem fast.

Double check the transition zone entrance/exits

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Continue working on the swim.
Also, need to run more often now that IT band is better. Felt my left foot neuroma but it was not too bad. I wilt running when it is above +22C with the direct sun.
