Comments: left hamstring cramped as soon as i left the water and that hurt my time. other than that, i was able to get my nutrition, helmet, glasses, socks/shoes on with minimal issue What would you do differently?: practice removing my wetsuit a few times, that cost a bit of time. Bike
Comments: lost some time becuase my water bottle cage broke and had to toss my bottle and fix the cage. that cost me about 1 minute What would you do differently?: i was a bit conservative. certain spots i could have pushed harder on some flat areas, been more aggressive about passing. Transition 2
Comments: music was good, enjoyed that a bit :) there was a lot of traffic at T2, had to wait about 15 seconds before i could get in What would you do differently?: hustle Run
Comments: hamstring muscles were an issue. had to walk a few times. slowed down a bit at the end to run with the kids What would you do differently?: push harder, i definitely gave in a few times Post race
Warm down: not much What limited your ability to perform faster: hamstring cramps, limited training due to illness the last month Event comments: Great post race activities. extremely well supported. could have performed better but was a great time. will improve for the next race.
