My glasses kept getting foggy. I was basically swimming blind. I also was not swimming tall enough. Windmilling too much. I also kept pulling to the wall because I could see that

Use new goggles so they do not fog up.

Typical clopper. Walked in bike shoes to bike course. Getting clipped in was perfect though. The run from swim to T1 was very long.

Bike was good. No idea how faster I was going but It felt good. find most was on lower Wacker drive the GPS did not work. No real hills. There was a slight incline but it went well.

Nothing. It was a great ride. my pace was way more than I expected.

It was extremely hot. I ran my normally training pace for most of it which was pretty cool for me. I was in survival mode and just wanted to finish at this point.
