HR sub 140 What would you do differently?: stomach cramps at 20km, took cioke and water, no gels on run. dont run with fuel belt, use coke in last 20kms, use water melon.  Post race What limited your ability to perform faster: GI issue on run, stomach shut down. good slow pacing at start of run meant I had energy at end to build and push harder.
