Nothing to boost the ego than to exit the water 4th and then end up 48th after the bike. Guess where I need work or a new bike?

Warm down:

Lots of walking, legs seemed to have a mind of their own. Water, apples.

Event comments:

For the first running it went pretty smooth. Although the timing did not breakdown transition times, so I don't know if the transition times were part of the bike and run times. Overall I was happy.
