OK run, didn't have the speed to run under 7's like I did last year due to training for longer course, coach said not to expect to be as fast, effort was good

What limited your ability to perform faster:

HR was high, ran it hard

Event comments:

Good race in New Albany for inaugural Challenge, a little bit of a pain logistically with the point to point race, checking in ahead of time, riding a bus, etc.

Overall happy with performance to get a 2nd AG in a fairly large race.
