Comments:

I made a rookie mistake and changed the insole in my shoes. I changed to a gel insole. It wasn;t enough cushioning and my feet at first started to fall asleep, then they started to burn and I just got slower and slower
What would you do differently?:

Not change insoles!!!!!

fairly well organized. Started just a few minutes late but everything went smoothly after that. Plenty of water stations. Plenty of volunteers Live music
Very well put together for an inaugural event
