Woke up at the ass crack of dawn and drove the 1 1/2 hours to the race.
Event warmup:

Picked up my packet, racked my bike, slept in my car, stretched. Oh and at a Honey Waffle and drank a coke.

I suck at hills but that is what you get for not spending time in the saddle. I just couldn't deal with the wind. Headwind, cross-winds, everything!!!

Aside from skipping this portion, probably ride my bike more.
