Comments:

First 10km were at about 53min PB! It was down/up.
Slowed down a lot on all the subsequent little ups and the hill at 17km was not easy.
The last 1km was at my max, Franck came out to pace me to the finish. I thought that I was way slower than last year but turned out that I was off by 2sec. Happy about that!
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

Hill training. I felt way more lactic than usual on the up hills!

My favourite 1/2 to run, simply gorgeous in this season with the perfect running weather!
