Comments:

Haven't done much tempo/race work so these races are good motivation to push the pace. I'm 10-15 lbs over race weight so getting back into 38-39 mins isn't likely.

Weight and several turn arounds.


Event comments:

Good little charity race for mental illness, don't mind paying 40 bucks for a run even if it's not timed and totally measured wrong. :P

Course: Once again, they were way short and I "crossed the line" at 32 mins which was only 8km. So I kept going for another 1km out and 1km back.
