Event warmup:

Ran for 10 minutes. Felt good during run, but felt a start of cold comming on. Still felt down and distracted due to Jasmines Seizure.

Comments:

First OW swim with current and it was much stronger than I expected. No warm ups were allowed, so I had to get over the warm up of my lungs in the water. This killed my first 15 minutes. I struggled from about 5 minutes - 15 minutes.

Very slow against current and did not do a good job of sighting. With current sighting good and felt like I had power, not just going with the flow.
What would you do differently?:

Warm up in water(If allowed)!

Transition went fairly well. Shirt stuck as expected, but I had trouble reaching stuck part and getting it free. Long run, I could have pushed harder. Ate Power bar while changing shoes.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure orthotics are in bike shoes and not in running shoes from warmup!

Flat from start. Couldn't get tire off/on. Not sure if it was like it in transactions or when I got on bike.
