Pre-race routine:

Woke up, took a shower and started driving. Stopped at the gas station and picked up my breakfast (clif bar). Ate that and drank a gatoraide on the way to the race.

What a horrible experiance. First OWS and it was bad. It was not being scared or anything, but I was way undertrained for swimming and it didn't help the whole swim was against the current!
What would you do differently?:

Train more..much more. And get a wetsuit!

I was a bit dizzy out of the water. It took me a few seconds to find my bike. I looked right at it twice. A nice volunteer pointed it out to me. After changing I ran to the mount line with my bike, and had trouble clipping in.
What would you do differently?:

Need more practice with clipping in with new shoes

I needed to pee SO bad it hurt to run, so I had to walk a lot.

SHOULD HAVE PEE'D in the freaking water!!!
