Comments: swim went well. It became difficult to spot on the return it was right into the sun. I had to stop 2 times to find buoys. Ended up spotting off inside buoys . Transition 1

Comments: I don't Like NUUN to drink. In practice it was light, but I did not sit well. I should have stuck with Tang. Its what Astronauts drink. I love Jelly Belly beans instead of chews What would you do differently?: Not drink NUUN and more longer rides in training Transition 2
Comments: quick tranision ate another GU Run
Comments: I had a bad cramp in the upper thigh at 1.5 miles. I could not move.I said out loud, I should have listened to Jackie and brought the mustard packets. I started eating jelly beans and ate a GU. I walked to the next aid station. drank a Pepsi, used the porta potty. Walked another .5 miles, then I could run again. The rest of the run was slow and I was a bit ginger the rest of the way. What would you do differently?: more loner runs in training and carry a mustard paket. Post race
