forgot my watch on the bike so purely ran on feel, very tough conditions, hilly and heat, almost all were walking at some point, kept a slow pace but ran the whole course, was surprised at being 10th on the run with this time but everyone was slow

like this venue, relaxed atmosphere and a late start time, would like to see more participants, its a great local race and the organizers really care about the athletes,
