just awful. thank god brandon was there with me. pretty much walked the entire first half and then picked it up on the second half. ran out of gas with about a 5k to go.

sheer lack of training.

Event comments:

for a local 70.3 that's not wtc branded, they did a good job. run was insanely well supported. i think had i been properly trained, i could have been dangerous on this course. until the last bit of the bike when i ran out of gas, i had a pr in me.
